Black Women Shoot: The Retreat (LIVE)

Like the gender gap, the education gap in gun ownership is particularly pronounced among non-Black owners. Black Women are one of the fastest growing demographics of gun owners in the country, however they are still the group that need more access to this type of education and practical training.  WATE aims to change that narrative by curating events that expose Black Women to proper techniques and form as well recognizing that the policies and mental health evaluations & screenings  that need to be in place to protect one another are essential to allow law abiding citizens  to own a firearm.
